Being an adult comes with its fair share of responsibilities and obligations. Balancing work, personal life, and numerous tasks on an ever-growing to-do list can feel overwhelming and exhausting. When combined with excessive screen time (GUILTY), it’s no wonder many of us find ourselves feeling lazy, unmotivated, and burnt out. b) Lack of prioritisation- When our to-do list seems never-ending, it’s easy to lose track of what’s truly important, leaving us feeling directionless.

c) Burnout and exhaustion -Juggling multiple responsibilities without taking sufficient breaks can lead to burnout, sapping our energy and enthusiasm.

Setting realistic goals and prioritising tasks

To regain motivation, start by breaking down your to-do list into manageable tasks. Prioritise them based on urgency and importance. Focus on accomplishing a few key tasks each day rather than trying to tackle everything at once. Setting realistic goals will prevent feelings of being overwhelmed and help you stay motivated.

Embracing digital detox (I personally struggle with this one)

Reducing screen time is crucial for mental well-being. Allocate specific periods during the day for checking emails and engaging with social media. During your downtime, try pursuing hobbies, spending time outdoors, or reading a book to recharge your mind.

Regular exercise boosts energy levels and enhances mood by releasing endorphins. Even a short walk or quick workout can provide the much-needed energy and motivation to tackle your to-do list with a fresh perspective.

Practicing mindfulness and meditation

Mindfulness practices can help you stay focused and reduce stress. Take a few minutes each day to practice deep breathing or meditation, allowing your mind to clear and find renewed motivation.

After all this people who crossed my path I am still breathing, healthy and looking forward for my next day. I am very grateful that I chose the spiritual life as it helped me to get through the suffering caused which I thought would be difficult to deal with. I also thought I wouldn’t survive with the people who left my journey. Today I do not even hold a grudge against people, as I have healed by forgiving myself and everyone else that did wrong to me. Truth is I can’t even think of those people, as my worry before . I let go of the people that drain me and keep people that bring peace ☮️

Let go of the people, Let go of the attachments and hand your life to the creator. Trust him to make your life beautiful by not controlling it but by living it with purpose.
